How did we end up as the adult that’s so serious, hard-working, and stressed out all the time? We get to certain milestones only to realize we’re not really playing life well. I mean, we’re playing by the rules, but we often end up not well, and not playing.  We need to bring PLAY back if we’re going to play life well.  Play gets our nervous system recalibrated to safety and connection. Play realigns us to joy and purpose and the reason why we do what we do in the first place. Play is how we learn best and accelerate our evolution.
