Often times in life, we fail to stay connected with ourselves and we miss the divine guidance that our feelings and gut inklings are trying to convey.  When the truth inside us (in whatever form it surfaces up) is denied/ unexpressed/ repressed, those marginalized parts of us learn to scream louder. Sometimes our body ends up holding all our mind is not ready for. No matter how bad you're dreading these "negative" feelings, they're trying to get your attention because your truth is more tenacious than the all of the defense mechanisms you put up.  Isn't that good news?
